Our story

The idea for PALCORA was born out of a deep desire: to touch people not just with a drink, but with a story. Our passion for Mexican culture and honest craftsmanship led us directly to Amatitán – the heart of the tequila world. There, among endless agave fields, we began creating our own tequila. Not a mass-produced product, but an expression of our vision – naturally fermented, double distilled, without additives. Every bottle of PALCORA tells a piece of this journey.
